1 – INTRODUCTION 1.1.  These terms and conditions govern Level’s B2B Referral Scheme (the “B2B Referral Scheme”).

1. Level Financial Technology (“Level,” “we,” “us,” "our"), a financial health platform, manages the B2B Referral Scheme.

1.3.  By participating in the B2B Referral Scheme, both you (as a person inviting a business) and the invited business agree to these terms.  

1.4.  The B2B Referral Scheme is void where prohibited by law and cannot be used in jurisdictions where such promotions are restricted.  

1.5.  Level reserves the right to remove participants from the promotion if we suspect abuse or fraudulent activity.  

1.6.  The B2B Referral Scheme is only applicable to product demos attended using the B2B referral form. The promotion cannot be retroactively applied to previous or existing Level schemes.  

1.7.  Participation in this Programme is subject to all applicable laws and regulations, including regulatory compliance requirements. Level reserves the right to report any suspected misuse to relevant authorities. 

2 – ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA  

2.1. The B2B Referral Scheme is only available to approved admins of active Level clients  

2.2. To qualify for the reward the referred business must be a new Level client who has never offered Level services to their employees before.  

2.3. The referred business must have a minimum of 200 eligible employees. 

2.4. The referred business must attend a booked demo of the Level product before the approved admin becomes eligible for the reward.  

2.5. A referral is considered successful when the referred business attends and completes the full Level product demo.  

2.6. The B2B Referral Scheme does not apply to clients who have received previous promotional offers or incentives from Level. Level employees are exempt from this programme.  

2.7. Level reserves the right to communicate any updates to eligibility criteria for future promotions via official communications channels. 

3 – REWARD DETAILS  

3.1. Level will send a gift card to you once the referred business has completed the product demo. The gift card will be redeemable at a selection of participating vendors. See gift card terms and conditions for details.  

3.2. The value of the gift card will be up to £150.  

3.3. The gift card will be issued to the approved admin that completes the referral form, regardless of whether they are the primary contact for the referred business.  

3.4. Level will send the gift card to the email address provided on the referral form. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment.  

3.5. Level will provide a maximum of four (4) gift cards to the same approved admin upon each successful referral.  

3.6. The approved admin is responsible for providing accurate contact details to receive the gift card.  

3.7. Level reserve the right to delay allocation of the gift card if additional verification of the referred business is needed.  

3.8. Gift cards will usually be issued within 2 weeks (14 days) of a successfully completed product demonstration.  

3.9. Level is not responsible for lost, expired, or undelivered gift cards once issued.

4 – PROMOTION PERIOD

4.1. The B2B Referral Scheme will run from 6 April 2026 to 6 September 2026.

4.2. Referrals made before this period will not be eligible.

4.3. Level reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time. However, participants who have already qualified for rewards will still receive them. 

4.4. Level will communicate any changes to the B2B Referral Scheme. 

5 – RESTRICTIONS & EXCLUSIONS

5.1. This promotion can’t be combined with any other promotions.

5.2. If Level suspects abuse or fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to disqualify participants, withhold rewards, and remove accounts from future promotional eligibility.

5.3. Self-invites, invitations between accounts under the same name or ownership or invitations intended to circumvent eligibility criteria are strictly prohibited.

5.4. If the referred business does not attend a full product demo or only attends partially, Level reserves the right to revoke the reward. Exceptions may be considered for extenuating circumstances (serious illness, financial hardship) at Level’s discretion.

6 – DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

6.1. Level will process participant data in accordance with our Privacy Notice and applicable data protection laws, including UK GDPR.

6.2. Personal data may be shared with third parties solely for the purpose of reward issuance.

6.3. Level will not use participant personal data for marketing purposes without first obtaining the individual’s consent.

7 – TAX & LIABILITY

7.1. Participants are responsible for seeking their own tax advice regarding any potential implications related to the gift cards. Level does not provide any tax advice.

7.2. Level accepts no liability for any tax obligations or costs arising from participation in the B2B referral scheme.

7.3. Level is not responsible for delays, lost rewards due to incorrect information, or technical failures affecting reward delivery.

7.4. Any claims regarding missing rewards must be made within 10 days of the expected issuance date.  

8 – GENERAL

8.1. Level reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any times.

8.2. The decision of Level regarding all matters related to the B2B referral scheme is final.

8.3. Any disputes will be governed by the courts of England and Wales.

8.4. Level reserve the right to withhold or cancel rewards in cases where eligibility has not been met, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
